IG Laxman for Life Imprisonment for the Murder of Naxal Leader Vargheese. What about others????

It is a very good news that the accused, IG, Laxaman got Life Imprisonment for murdering the Naxal Leader Mr. Vargheese four decades before. The case got in to lime light since one of the accused constable, Ramachandran Nair, who shot the naxal leader confessed that the crime did with the order from Laxman. The CBI has done a good job to get accused with proper punishment, though he was top in Police Force.

But I am just thinking, as Nair go order from Laxman, did Laxman got such order from anybody else?????. I think there is no motivation for Laxman to kill Vargheese. I think CBI need to check the root cause for the murder and find the actual ACCUSED. May it lead to arrest of some LEADERs from Congress Party. It is a good thing that the party high command has sidelined these types of LEADERs not to come upfront who has been accused/doubted with such cases.

But I strongly believe the CBI should enquire more to the root cause of the murder.....and catch the real ACCUSED.....may be that way the socitey get eliminated with such criminals to some extend.

CommonWealth Games 2010...Hurreeyyyyy.....

This is India.......what you think Saipps and Madams...? Yes, we have some internal problem like scam, bribes, etc. But that's all small part of any event. Even the same happened in your place also. Our great Indian Govt. will take care of that. But how you see the Games? Great, right? You mind that....ONLY THAT.

The Games Village is of no comparisons ! I am very sure, only media made the issues. None of the spots person was having no issues. They have really enjoyed the Games and stay. Who ever withdrawn the participation is now blaming themselves hearing the stupid media of their country.

Indian teams also performed very good.......positioned the great country in 2nd Position.

Even Indian Army voluntarily came to the picture and completed some of the minor snags in a lightning speed.

That is India.......Don't underestimate it !

"30 % Reservation required for Youth in Lok Sabha Election from Indian National Congress" - Rahul Gandhi (ONLY 30% !!!!!)

Dear Rahulji, ONLY 30%????? !!!! - Keeping in mind the expertise we are getting from the experienced OLD LEADERS, definitely we need minimum 60% reservation for the Youth in the party. From the present experience, we can understand only few Leaders like Mr. Manmohan Singh, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, Mr. Antony, Mr. Chidambaram, Mr. Lalu Prasad are doing some thing good for their concerned Departments and hence to the Govt. and People. Rest of the ministers are doing almost NOTHING. Take some examples,

Prasar Bharathi - Headed by PM. Doordarshan is still going with the very old face and programs of very old age, and not effecting any NEW GENERATION people. It has got all the facilities to compete with any Private Channel, but doing NOTHING.....I would request the PM to divide this responsibility to any youngster, who can definitely take this to newer heights.

BSNL:- They are trying level best, but some more initiative can make to compete with any Telecoms Giant in INDIA.

Tourism:- Its become a really big scrap. We in INDIA having so many very beautiful places, are not utilising it properly. Many of the beaches, forests, water falls are still around us which are not utilised Eco-friendly. Whatever we have are not maintained properly. Only thing is happening is the blame game between Central and State Govts. for its maintenance and safety.

SPORTS:- More than 100 Crores of Population, but we have to be very very lucky to have one or two ABHINAV BHINDRAs or JITENDAR SINGHs, etc. We are no where in the World Sports except in Cricket (Where only 10 Nations are playing....). I don't think there is no right sportsmen/women are there in INDIA to grab the medals. It is only the vision of the Govt., which is missing here. There is no enthusiasm in the concerned Ministry to take it seriously. We only think about medals only before 3-4 months of the Events. This is not at all sufficient.

etc., etc......

Rahulji, you are very much aware the development in the country when your father, the then young, smart Rajivji took the power as PM.

In Kerala state some kind of vibes happened to the KSRTC when the young man, Mr. Ganeshkumar took the charge.

Lot more examples can be shown like this.

I suggest to have at least 5-6 Central/State Ministers from the concerned YOUTH WING of the Indian National Congress to close these gaps.

THINK, THINK & THINK..........for better INDIA.

INDIA is the BEST !

INDIA - A country with hundreds of cultures, religions, languages, climates, etc. Still we are UNITE TO STAND, Advancing in all Technologies, Financially STRONG, HARD Shield Protected country, which is the real challenge. Probably INDIA is the only country of this much versatile nature advances so fast. HATS OFF to INDIA. I am very much proud to be an INDIAN. HATS OFF to the brains who made this country stands unite. Some of us still angry with the way we advance. I would request you to look to any country which we named DEVELOPED COUNTRIES, which is having the people who speaks same language (very essential for a faster growth), with same culture throughout, etc. Out of 28 States in India, only 7 states (i.e., 25% of total states) having common language, Viz., HINDI. Rest of the states having other languages as their mother tongue. This means 75% states having the neighbours who speak other languages.
STILL WE STAND UNITED......!

I do agree some gaps still to plug. These Gaps have formed because of some politicians, which I hope can be replaced by better options later. For that we need to cast our votes to the right person. Finding right person is the biggest challenge. For finding our people, we need to have debates between various candidates of same party at different constituencies as USA does. We have to look some innovations in casting the vote.
STILL WE ARE THE BEST ......!

Do I really experienced?

Throughout the life, I come across the question, "Do I really experienced in what I think so till the day?” With some days of the work, my mind starts telling me, “Ok Ranjit, now you are an experienced guy in the field.” Till I do the same job continuously, I hear the same words again and again. Is this kind of boasting my mind is doing? It knows I can do some much better things. Then why it is telling me the same thing, which drives me in wrong direction? The reason is only one thing.......it is making me stable in what I am doing by a kind of motivation, than diverting my attention to other fields.
But if I am not doing any change in what I am doing for long, the mind gives a code “GETTING BORED”, which makes me to think something new with the experience I earned from present stage. Once I try doing any new things and getting it implement, then I find new hindrances or hurdles which I need to overcome. Then where is our experience gone? I need to think a lot to avoid such circumstances and implement the revised version of the same, which I will wait for the result keenly. But if I am the guy with no innovations, then no problem! You can sit safely and do it, but it gives no satisfaction in our life. Hence do take some challenges, think innovatively, which makes you think “YOU ARE NOT EXPERIANCED. YOU HAVE TO DO LOT TO BE EXPERIACED”. This will help us to avoid the code “GETTING BORED”.
Read the above paragraph along with any situation in your life, either professional or personal.
Professional:- Make some new ways of better working, innovatively, which many of us do.
Personal:- Even do some innovations in your relations with parents, wife, children, friends, etc. Especially with wife, you have to do some kind of “innovations” to make your “Bed Life” more fruitful and happier.
We are all very capable guys and gals and we can do many things than what we think.....Hence think innovations in all fields of life and don’t take the word “AM EXPERIANCED” to your head, which makes you stop growing intellectual and happier.

Who else will be responsible????

I need to tell loud my thoughts. What is bad in it? Do we have real platform to tell somethings which we need to speak out? Or why we reluctant to do so? No Idea ! We are in a cage of some written theories, ideologies some one else impose on our society. Its a comfort zone for us to be whatever we are into. There is no problem in it, if you really enjoy it. But in the case don't blame anything behind the stage.
Anyways I want to throw out my thoughts infront of you, hence this blog and I will be responsible for the same, who else will be ! ?.
